Each order is assessed the following charges:
a per citation service charge of $10.,
a per page charge of $0.25 for mail delivery
or
a per page charge of $0.50 for fax delivery, an 8% sales tax (on in-state requests
only),
and any applicable Copyright Clearance Center charges.
Expedited service (3 hour turnaround) is available for a per citation charge
of $35.
Your invoice will be included with the document.
