The Library has 10 conference rooms that may be reserved online by faculty or law students.

*Classrooms with an asterisk next to the room numbers are hard-wired for Ethernet access. All rooms have access to the Library’s wireless network.
Law students
Law students may reserve a conference room for two hours each week. Reservations may be made online one week in advance. Reservations cannot be confirmed when requested on the day of the reservation. Please verify the information supplied, including contact information, room number, and date and time requested, before submitting the form. If there are other members in your party and you would like to schedule more time, their names must be listed in the notes section of your request.
If you need to cancel a reservation, send a message to the library and your booking will be removed from the calendar.
Faculty and staffThe Student Affairs Office (232-1140) reserves rooms (including Library conference rooms) for regularly scheduled classes. Faculty and staff members may also reserve Library conference rooms by contacting Teri Lloyd (, 471-7726).
Law school organizationsConference rooms are available for book pulls and citation checks Friday through Sunday. Each organization may reserve up to two rooms per day. Contact Teri Lloyd (, 471-7726) for reservations.
